That’s me.
I started as a personal trainer focusing on exercise, and have transitioned to focus more on a holistic wellness program for my clients. After working with moms over the years I’ve realized how vital sleep, stress, hydration, and meditation are to our bodies. I believe food is medicine and we’re only as good as the food we are putting into our bodies.
That being said, I’m a wellness coach for women.
What is that?
I help you get through the chaos of life. I work with you to customize your goals to fit your day to day routines and then I hold you accountable so you don’t get too busy and quit. I’m a working mom of three, and have a passion for working with other moms to help them manage the stress of a busy schedule. I help them create habits that make their healthy lifestyle sustainable. We juggle a lot as women, and my goal is to introduce habits and routines to not only survive but to enjoy the ride.
I’m your person.
The person you come to when you’re stressed and can’t seem to make it to the gym or roast one more vegetable. I’m a neutral playing field, a judgement free zone, where you can be yourself and together we can work to create a healthy lifestyle that fits you.
It takes patience and perseverance and determination.
It’s also a lot easier than you think it is with someone by your side.
