Lottie and I are done with the cold and are ready for Spring!
This is a quick and easy stroller workout that Lottie and I did last summer quite often, and we have already started planning more for this year! Use this stroller workout to get your heart rate pumping and muscles burning all during your babe’s nap time.
In between each exercise, jog or fast walk for 5 minutes. A fast walk is not leisurely, you should be sweating by the end of the 5 minutes – let’s push it mamas!
Need a visual? Check out my cool mom moves below:
Warm up with a brisk 5 minute walk around the park.
Next, do 100 jumping jacks
Fast walk/jog for another 5 minutes and then complete 30 reverse lunges.
Tip:
Keep your knee behind your toes and drop straight down so your knees are at a 90 degree bend.
5 More minutes of walking/jogging, and end with 15 push ups and a 1 minute plank.
Tip:
Keep your hips from raising up, try to keep your body in a straight line.
Now it’s your turn! Get your stroller out of the back of your garage and start moving!
Email me if you have any questions.

Ooo… This is great! I’m going to have to try it during the next walk Caleb and I take.

I’m planning on putting together more of these stroller workouts and babywearing workouts this summer – so Lottie and I will keep you and Caleb busy!
