Pregnancy isn’t a time to sit back and eat all of the food. This is your chance to feed your baby nutritious food and strengthen you new baby’s heart through exercise. Whether you’re a first time mom or this is your third little you are adding to your team, staying focused on creating healthy habits through sleep, exercise, meal planning and stress management is always the best plan for pregnancy.
What’s included in the package?
- Initial first wellness assessment where I am able to learn about your past history and where you see yourself over the next year.
- Assistance with weekly meal plans and how you can optimize your meals when you are eating for two.
- Lifestyle analysis and weekly goal setting via email
- Monthly phone meet ups or Facetime where we can discuss in detail the prior month in addition to the plan for the upcoming weeks.
- Access to the online Slack community where moms get real and bring questions
- Mom Strong emails where I share up to date health news, tips and recipes
