The gym was my happy place before having kids. I was a personal trainer at Equinox gym in Chicago and the eucalyptus towels, the energizing music and motivation from everyone working out around me was addicting.
Two kids later and I still get the rush of endorphins when I get a good workout in, but I don’t always have the time to make it to the gym. I wrote these quick 30 minute living room workouts for busy moms who can’t make it to the gym.
The only thing you need are a few dumbbells and a living room (or any open space)! Don’t make excuses and don’t slack off because you aren’t in a gym. Push yourself and start sweating in your own living room.
